(a) What is the difference between the Kupah and the Tamchuy? Who would receive from the Kupah, and when was it distributed?

(b) How many meals did a poor man need to have, to be prevented from taking from the Kupah?

(c) The author of the Beraisa cannot be Rebbi Chidka, who would have given the number of meals as sixteen. Nor does the Beraisa appear to go like the Rabbanan, because then, it should have said fifteen.
